Letting them know you won't spend as much time/money/diamonds to get Sherlock/Ace or Memories
    My votes are:
    - pick facades for landmarks (lighthouse, chapel, etc)
    - use as a material in Jack's export hanger
    - use to pick ground options for square with people ( change from tile to grass) *this is least likely but a girl can dream

No coins or any purchase needed. Once you have completed the Aviary, you just select an egg and continue to nurture it. Just like renovating the other landmarks, you can watch a video to nurture twice in one sitting and you can nurture again in 20 hours.

    June’s Journey tips
My tip for beginners: read the game FAQs in the game setting "help" section. Replay scenes to earn coins to buy high flower value items. Too many low-flower items will cause you to run out of island space. Establish daily bush exchanges with players so you can get diamonds. Save diamonds to buy the extended energy bar if you want to play more. Make the most out of your starboxes by saving and opening them for Help Wanted tasks. To increase your chances of getting Marvelous prizes every month, save pink boxes to open next month.
The game is a challenge, where you must balance island decoration with story progression. If you run out of space, you must replay scenes to earn coins for high-flower decoration, using them to replace your low-flower decoration on your island. The higher the flower value, the further you can progress.

    On flowers:
Flowers can be added to your island in several ways: moving items from storage to island, buying decoration, upgrading buildings, renovating landmarks, and sending Jack's plane on a flower delivery. When you buy decoration, the construction must be complete and the red ribbon removed, before its Flower value will count. Buying decoration of higher Flower value will get you further in the game.

No, completion of the Lighthouse (or any of the landmarks) has nothing to do with watching ads to decrease the cost for playing a scene. Always normally 15 energy to play, unless you watch an ad, to decrease it to 10.

In order to level up, you need to add more flowers. How many more flowers is shown next to the flower icon. Flower can come from buying decoration, upgrading buildings, renovating landmarks, and some of Jack's deliveries. If you buy decoration, you must wait for the construction to complete before the flowers will count.

Coin-producing buildings (3x3 and the 4x4 Estate) and landmarks (lighthouse, chapel, pirate ship, mountain chateau, and aviary) must remain on Orchid Island. Beautifications from the Memoir Albums also remain on Orchid Island. All others can be transferred via the storage ship.

The Aviary is the last of the landmarks. It will continually give you flowers for hatching and nurturing birds.
As for coin-producing buildings, the idea is to keep them on one island for better coin collection. It would be too much of a pain to visit each island just to collect your coins.

Add Flowers to your island by buying decoration. Each decoration in the store shows its Flower value. You must wait for the construction to be complete and remove the red ribbon before its Flower value is counted. Buy too many low-Flower items, and you'll run out of island space.

Also you'll also receive Flowers by renovating landmarks (starting with the Lighthouse), upgrading buildings, and certain deliveries by Jack's plane (starting after chapter 7).

Not the Aviary, but yes to the other 4 landmarks (i.e. lighthouse, chapel, pirate ship, and mountain chateau). They give the same, 1 energy every 40 minutes, until they reach 15 maximum after 10 hours.

Energy can be stockpiled on top a full energy bar. Some players pause playing the regular game and just collect energy from Landmarks, coffee energy, character puzzles, star boxes and starboosters.
