The various videos do show this level to be winnable, it's just that the strategy to use orange cookies is flawed. We'll just have to be very patient, get very lucky with the special cookies spawning frequently, like in Tomasz Pietrzak's video.

This level doesn't make any sense! Those orange cookies often spawn away from the orange icing. Worse still, the orange cookies spawn REPLACING any special cookies...
I haven't been playing this as game much as I used to, but when I do, I have to come back to this crap. Cookie Jam is trolling more.

I beat the level, amazingly only the next day!!! (though I'm replying here late). ;) I agree with everyone: you DO need to be extremely lucky. What I did was fill the pie in the first five turns, and it should give you enough moves to clear the other cookies and create other vertical/horizontal cookies. Clearing the last cookie in the middle column, however, requires you to hold your nerve. I did it because I happened to have two horizontal cookies next to each other conveniently aimed at final cookie - in the final move!

I started playing this level today, and closest I got was one choc-chip-less cookie left in the bottom right. The reason why the cookies have to loop is because the choc-chip cookies must reach the corner - they never stop in the middle. What I don't like about this level, though, is the lack of red cookies to fill up the pie.

Just cleared this tough level after many attempts. I found mixing a rainbow cake slice with a horizontal blaster cookie, positioned somewhere in the middle of the board, helped to clear a lot of waffles in one go. This also added more powered up cookies to the board from then on.

Okay, so I played the level offline, and discovered that Zynga updated the level to an easy peasy find the phrase one.

Ah! I was so close! I had two stamps left next to one another, but cruelly one of the stamps was blank because of an invisible hand symbol so couldn't be selected at all. Now I play the level, the letters it comes with are useless!
