I passed this level by buying a boost, the one that makes your 2x and 3x tiles four times bigger in explosion, then just build words that make the bonus tiles fall by the squares below the glass wall (the ones that won't fill with letters) then explode those words and it bursts those squares as well

keep playing, make 6 letter words so you have the tile blast when needed, the 2nd feather will eventually fall…i found playing around the same area where the first one dropped from helps
