Finally cleared this after days. Matched a pearl with a star and fireworks everywhere!

I found that trying to clear two discs on the same line helped a lot. I used the "match fours", the ones that burst up and down.

So I came close to clearing this level by focusing on matching five to make pearls. It almost worked a couple times. But then I changed focus and matched four to make the burst, but only the ones that are horizontal. I didn't worry about igniting them, just creating them and eventually something would ignite them. This finally worked!

Four, maybe five days of working on this. I can't say I really know how to beat it,? But my strategy was to focus on clearing blocks AND creating multiple bursts. Merging the pearls with the stars to clear the board, star bursts to clear lines...trial and error. Came close about five times. I don't use any bonuses or purchased moves, so definitely a challenge, I was ready to quite many times. Glad I didn't!

Finally got it. I kept making the pearls, and matching them with a "star" - not the starburst, but the star you get from matching four. It took a many, many tries. Can't say this involved skill or strategy as the primary tool. It was mostly luck! Oh, and remember that once you match the pearl to the star, the gems of the same suite under the blocks still are also stars. This is what helps deestroy the bottom blocks. The third coin doesn't appear until you've dropped the first one, adding to the element of chance.
