Someone said it's supposed to fall and when another tree showed up the next day and they chopped it, it did. So maybe plant another tree in the same spot?? Or contact support. GO! :)

Not sure how many, but they're available once you fully upgrade a section. I hate that lol. I'd rather be able to add more rooms and THEN upgrade if I want :)
