you don't have to clear the treat boxes, you just have to activate 50 treat bonuses. chain 5 treats creates one treat bonus, chain 7-9 treats creates the x shaped bonus which counts as two bonuses, chain 10 or more creates the asterisk shaped bonus which counts as 4 treat bonuses once you activate them by creating a chain with them in it.
