Oops...just proofread my tip....meant move key to the top RIGHT lock.

My 7 year old grandson figured out that you need to open the "gift boxes" along the left side of the board to the point of the key then move it to the top left lock. Same idea with the other key. I had both marshmallows near the bottom of the board & was able to move them into the chocolate. It took me a couple of months to beat this level! Wouldn't have done it without his clue & probably couldn't do it again! LOL. Good luck all. Hope his clue helps you too.
