Is not a glitch... this game requires a lot of planning as you layout your city. First. water wells take 4 workers each, only residences need water... so build around one well - delete the extra wells and move houses around the well - you do not have to demolish your buildings.. just move them with by clicking on the house, then on the pillar icon, then you will see the icon on the lower left hand side - pick up your building and lay them around the one well. You can move any building that way, saves rss and sometimes it counts towards the quest request. you also need to plan that the safety buildings cover the area (decorations do not need coverage, nor the safety buildings themselves) - is hard to explain it all in one post.. follow the instructions of the tutorial, do not go crazy building ahead as you will not have enough to go on... Add friends, learn tech from friends, visit friends daily, get your friends to visit you -- those things give you gold -- check your friend's log (located in the friend's icon) -- this game is very interesting, and will test your limits... don't be quick to quit it.
