Additions:
1. New Hero: Stormwing
Skill Name: Predatory Strike
Skill Description:
Deals a total of X% ATK DMG to the current enemy target and to X other enemy targets near the target. (This damage is spread equally among the X enemy targets.) Also Paralyzes them for Xs. (Cooldown: Xs.) (This Hero reduces DMG received by X% and is immune to Disarm and Silence. When this Hero has less than X% of her HP, her DMG Reduction increases to X%, her ATK SPD increases by X%, and her skill's Paralyze duration increases to Xs. For the next Xs, enemy targets that are Paralyzed by this skill will have their Dodge reduced by X%.)

2. New Insignia: Mana Void
Increases ATK by X%. When this Hero dies in battle, each enemy Hero loses X Energy. Each enemy Hero also loses X Energy every Xs for the next Xs (CD: Xs).

3. New Talent: Blood Hunt
Reduces Max HP by X%. Whenever this Hero uses their skill, they recover HP equal to X% of DMG dealt by their skill.

4. New Hero Skin: "Neon Punk" for Stormwing.
5. Added Grand Competition Decorations: Badge of Potential; Badge of Excellence; Badge of Supremacy; and Badge of Greatness.
6. Added "Draw for Gear" function and a free daily draw chance.
7. Added Gear enhancement materials. Use these materials to speed up Gear enhancement and EXP gain.

Adjustments:
1. Improved Hero Hiring interface and visual effects.
2. Item name change: Insignia Rune is renamed to Insignia Enhance Rock.
3. Added "Guild Shop" tab into the "Buy Items" page. This improves accessibility to the Guild Shop.
4. Added Title Talent Badge and other items into "Trade Prestige" page.
5. Torch Battle Assist: each Assisting Hero's Talent will now be displayed.
6. Adjusted Narcia: War Era's Imperial Castle Score processing period. Results will now be processed after the Season ends. Guilds cannot increase their Imperial Castle Score or gain resources while results are being processed.
7. Made visual improvements to the Gear Task deployment interface.
8. Increased maximum slots in the Heroes Altar by 1 (Max 154 slots).
9. Increased maximum slots in the Warehouse by 10 (Max 520 slots).

Bugs Fixes:
1. "Trade Prestige" page: fixed an error that sometimes displayed items' availability as "0", preventing players from exchanging for them.
2. Fixed an error that prevented removal of Gear while Hero is fully equipped.
3. Fixed the following non-responsive function: tapping to use Battle Talent Badges from the Warehouse.
