Team 7 is good at +2 since it's coefficient is 4, advise just get team 7 to +2 and max flower all your other CCS first since they're cheaper. You can get frags for a flower guardians and betrayals but it's with 34 all powerful certificates per 25 frags so easier and cheaper to recharge for them top 1 in server
