Flower god you just lvl till 120 then breakthrough it as much as you can. Then you put it in your reinforcements. As for the select stuff I'd go for urashiki twice as he is a commander. And id get Eternal loss once. It boost the basic cards(team7, Minato, Tobirama, Hashirama). Same for the god of shinobi card. You can later get more eternal loss in the shop for 40 boutique so you can upgrade it as you play.

Boruto new time is has like 35 mil cp for me with breakthrough Sarada and boruto, reborn naruto, really bad Sakura, and a bronze rim sasuke, so it’s pretty good

You can literally breakthrough Haku once a day.

I went from 44 million combat to 54 million in one day just by doing breakthrough haku over and over again, it’s a great way to gain cp and haku is so easy to train

You can't train that cc, the ones that you can have a train button under the property button and you don't need to be level 90 to train them that's for breakthrough which is for normal single character cards.

Well, there’s reborn and then there’s is breakthrough. Each method increases your cp depending on which level and card you have.
In order to reborn characters, you must log in or recharge to obtain their reborn fragments. Each event has their own specific reborn characters and you can obtain a few pieces for free by opening the reborn slot on the ninja dog, Pakuun. You also need so many of the fruit packages which can also be obtained in the same way. You diamond a character, and use those pieces and they can obtain base reborn. Their cp won’t go up much until you hit higher levels of reborn cards. Bronze reborn, silver, gold, diamond reborn, etc.
Now the breakthrough part, pretty simple to do. Definitely a hell of a lot harder for certain characters. You’ll have to diamond a character first and then level them up when you have the option. When they hit the level cap you can tap on breakthrough on the home page. There you’ll get a list of characters that can be broke through. Now the hard part, you’ll need another diamond version of that card that hasn’t leveled past 105 or so (different for some characters). Then it will tell you how much cp you will get for doing so. There are some really easy ones to grind for like Haku and Zabuza who could easily boost your team by a good 30m+ depending on who you have. Then there are really hard characters like Kakashi, Obito, Minato, Madara, Hashirama. But that basically sums it up for you lol

Yes but at certain levels they will require multiple diamond cards to breakthrough

Focus on 1 character and build your team around it.
Get CCs and flower the ones you have.
Obtain and upgrade Summoning Beasts.
Upgrade your equipment.
Get level 10 gems (each gem should give you around 650k CP)
Breakthrough your reinforcements (specifically Haku and Zabuza)
