  It’s a training material and it’s late to join now. You had to register to be in it. Check the notice for it frequently. It tells you if there’s gonna be national war coming up or not.

  The ninja world war is an option on the events page where you can also find the rare ore mines, daily stamina questions, and ichirakus ramen. However, I think you are wondering how to join the national war which takes place once a month, this month it ends tomorrow December 7. Then just wait until the next registration period opens up, (you will know when because it will be in the notices), you will be able to sign up but I think you have to be level 80 or something like that to register

  it does work but you have to register before the world war starts. otherwise, you have to wait for the next one. There are I think 3 days you can register and it appears in the notices when a new war is starting as well as the dates of the registration, war, and truce
