  I'm new to this game, only playing about a week. However, I'm stuck. I need to talk to Old Ben to finish the bridge quest, but I can't. All the houses I've visited are either completely repaired or under tarps to be restored. I don't have the items to repair them. The only thing I've been able to do for the last couple days is collect from clearing the completed houses. I like this game, but not sure what I can do anymore. Please help.
