I have a compliment a while back I bought a$100 package all buielding level 110 and got the rong package this is my second attempt to resolve this issue I have a aterny on retainer at all times I don't want this to go to court I just want what I paid for plus when I used the catch up token it took my lifetime VIP away please help I am getting flack from my alliance about not being able to do vary many missions ty I hope to have a quick and positive response from you the name of my base is (jab) teachers ty again

One of the worst parts of this game is having no access to unlocking buildings or features once the unlock/item is unavailable in packs. I cannot level gear, buildings etc. No matter how much a spend. MS doenst care and wont help. What other game in the world wont give players fair and equal access to features? Its not about spending, i can spend, but will never get what i need bc its unavailable. Its like football players returning from injury to play and being told they must play without footwear bc you cannot buy cleats now. Lame and no support, poor product that i supported and then they wont listen to reason and support their customers

to access you commander avatars you need to Use the Item. To do this go to Items /My Items / Special and locate the avatars Use them all, then click on the large power box at the top of the inside of your base. click on the picture of your commander. now you Know

A BIT OF ADVICE FOR THE DEVELOPERS........ GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR BUTTS AND FIX YOUR PRODUCT, because this is only my first step. I will go worldwide and stop at nothing to see you pay for your blatant sales of a faulty product. Unless you want to start watching your nice homes and shiny cars being auctioned off after the Mobile Strike consumer community wins an unprecedented lawsuit against you for outright extortionist practices, do something NOW! WTH is wrong with this game! I spend 4 hours yesterday ,after spending yet another two hundred dollars , trying to set commander skill presets and it just won’t let me. My game reset ( after I actually started counting) 34 times while scrolling down skill presets. I’m ready to call a lawyer! I have well over 20 thousand dollars invested in my base and after giving up on my presets I wake up today to find YES.....MORE UPGRADES TO PAY FOR!

Answer to "what is the secret inferno event?"
When the third tier prize in the build, train, repeat challenge is reached, occasionally a fourth tier will open up. At the same time a mail arrives in your inbox about a secret inferno event. That is the fourth tier prize. It will never look like you unlocked it in the mail, but when you complete it, and check your mail you will discover you DID receive the promised items (the order is scrambled, so don't be fooled)
