  I personally don't know how to get the badge but in order to get the sword of kusanagi you need a scroll for the sword and a orochimaru scroll costs 2k gold

  Do you have any legendary weapons such as sword of kusanagi ? Because you need to increase dodge and hit and you need the ability silence so hinata or kabuto is best bet

  You have to obtain certain things. Like for the sword of kusanagi you have to get that snake and an exorcism scroll which costs 2000 in the item shop. Just go through the item shop and just look at everything haha

  @Holden I had a similar thing happened to me during sasukes event. Had a susa sasuke and a orochimaru but did not receive the sword of kusanagi training material and this was September 22. Sometimes I just don't get it lol.

  @holden EM sasuke you need I think 40 loot sharingans (12-1) karin itachi's hangover (2k gold), and cursed seal sasuke.
  Susa sasuke you need 20 itachi's secret 10 dull sharingans 30 loot sharingans and another cursed seal sasuke. Honestly if you have the sword of kusanagi on sasuke it's worth it because he does insane amounts of damage, but he's really really hard to get as you can see. If you get the chance to get him then go for it. You won't regret it.
