Ok I figured it out, if there's 3 or more bees around the flower you also can include the flower in your drag and it turns the bees around it the same color! I feel a little silly for not trying this the first 100 times!

What are the flowers for and what do they do? I didn't get a tutorial with this level. There's not enough moves to actually hit the 14000 points! Help! Ill keep trying and post anything I might learn.
