How can uprade my HQ to level 7 if the req.is 55000 of stockpile and 11000 of storage bunker.but the of storage bunker max.is 8700 it is also level 6 ,then when I upgrade this storage bunker to increase the storage. But the req.is need to upgrade hq to level 7 how and why?
