Only one way. It takes 2 rotors next to each other. Tap the one you want to send in the direction that you need. It must sit on the correct line.
One rotor will fly horizontal & the other vertical, test a few times to get the correct method of use

For the pigs I clear a pig off the top rows and use torpedoes in the space opened up to clean them out. For toast I used combos of torpedoes and dynamite as close to the toasters and middle of the screen to hit every possible toaster and pig I could. It took a few tries. Occasionally used the odd torpedoes for pigs

I'm trying to get an answer to this too. I noticed that some people have a different screen also, it xhows their name in a high score box to the right side when the game is won

Ditto. What is up with this? Why is no one answering this question when others have had the thing so long. Why isn't it even mentioned anywhere in Toy Blast notes on FB or on the App download except by comments from us asking and others who have it. What's the big secret already? Android 5?

Easiest for me was to make missiles that could only land on or near a tile that would shoot it directly at the cages. Missles are so easy to get in this level.

Some don't seem to find help in the last video or hint so just remember that clearing out the highest rows of tiles is the most consistent way to get tiles to fall in groups that are useful!

This site takes the "I have cleared this level" off too fast to close it out so it's showing that I am stuck in 2 places I cleared. Please fix this problem!

I finally beat it by holding out for tnt as the hint suggests at the screen before the level starts.Its very useful if you can knock the shirts off all the pigs before using any torpedoes, luck may give you a vertical torpedo for the pigs in the middle column or even two so you can clear those two ✌ and never have to deal with the ice but it's rare. If that happens then taking out the pigs on one side of the board at a time with tnt placed between two pigs so it doesn't open up for the ice to come up or using horizontal torpedoes. The final win is dependent on too much luck unfortunately. I went for all the shirts first and got most of them. Then I got every tnt I could set up to use by itself without any other weapon near. Finally had to use two torpedoes it made me take and cleared the pigs that had fallen and killer luck gave me a color cube which I used then I tried for two more tnt & got 2 color cubes side by side! Of course that cleared all the ice and I finished with torpedoes. So undress all pigs you can first. Use low and strategically placed tnt every chance you have and try for vertical torpedoes for the two lower pigs to prevent the ice spreading up, make TNT every chance to get a pig safely and when it forces you away from TNT be very very careful not to make extra moves and focus on targeting the last pigs with any weapon.
