There are some chef's that were in an earlier version of the game but have since been removed. The players that had those chef's at the time were allowed to keep them but those of us coming after they were removed cannot get them.

According to the information inside of the game, they do not have a reset feature inside of the game.

Perhaps you need to click on the wrench in the upper right hand corner of the game and contact support and send them this screen shot and ask them if it is a glitch in the game.

Sometimes when I am notified that items have been sold, it takes a few minutes after going to the restaurant for the little man to show up in the upper left hand corner of the screen telling me that I have sold dishes and asking me if I wish to go and look... when I go after he shows up the dishes will show up as sold. If I go before he shows up, they will still show as available...

Thanks for the hint about ending a purple box event in order to get back to the blue box events... will try this on the next one coming up and see how it works.

The last event I did had no blue boxes either... nor does the one coming up, so I am just not going to do any of them since they are all purple boxes. Don't know what the next round past that will bring either... just have to wait and see.

Yes as in the rest of the game, the stars do matter. If the game is calling for a food with 1, 2 or 3 stars, then that is what you have to provide...

Figured it out... I had to play through the tutorial first on the tablet... THEN it gave me the option to load my current restaurant!!! Whew!!!

It does not let me connect through facebook when I first load the new game... You actually have to name the restaurant, place chef's and play long before you ever get to the point of being able to connect it with Facebook. The only reason we connect through Facebook is for neighbors.

If the customer asks for a dish with a star rating, then that is what you have to serve them. I just dump the table and get more customers to sit in their place.

I have not seen much written up about this, but when you get a basket, it will show up where you have circled and have a number there to indicate how many baskets you have, you then get the option to raise the level of 1 ingredient in the market. I know this does not help much, but it is the only place I have seen these baskets show up as far as I have gotten in the game.

If you are referring to the import crates from the Wholesale deliveries, from what I have read, those come with the Chillout area at level 17.

I think I figured it out... just clicking on their photo in the market will take you to their restaurant.

When I go to the market and see the exclamation mark and hand symbol next to someone's name, how can I click on that to help them without clicking to actually but the goods they have for sale if I don't need it? Thanks! Just started playing a couple of days ago and still trying to figure out some things in the game.
