You need to go into your settings and make sure you have scratchers turned on. Then you tap the dice as if you were going to purchase dice, and to the right of the dice you will see a scratcher icon. Tap the scratcher icon (looks like a diamond shape-different than the diamond in the game) you canaccess your scratchers there.
