This happened to me using my SAMSUNG GALAXY 3. I'm in the country so cable internet ain't happening. We have satellite tv! ;-) Do u have an android cell or are you playing on a computer? If cell, uninstall, get a SIM CARD (I got a 32-bit one@ Wal-Mart) empty your cell's cache...big time empty (go thru all the steps beginning to end)....go to Google play store download & reinstall and move the game over to your SD DRIVE. If you're on a computer, empty cache, temp cookies and I mean dump EVERYTHING you can. This is a super large file...promise. Something as simple as the space needed to play it could be your problem. Wow! Was looking back on some of the questions asked and it seems like an eternity ago I was asking how do you get red stars! :-)

Allison is right. If and only if you play AND win the game will you get the red stars. They breakdown like this: 1* for winning the game, 1* for completing it in the allotted time and the last * is awarded if you're able to get a streak with your cards. :-) Enjoy!

I know I was having the same problem on a much MUCH lower level than y'all. I ended up having to do 2things...I chose restart 1st; it worked but only temporarily. 2nd: Im using my cell (no computer lines out here in the country; only satellite is avaible. They're still piping in sunshine as a matter of fact ;-) so had to clean out my cell's cache. I'm on a Samsung S3 Galaxy. Now THAT worked like a charm! No problems since **knock on wood** I imagine a computer would work similarly. I googled to get the instructions; no problem understanding them as they were step.by.step. Good Luck. Hope this helps. Now if I just had your knowledge on how you got where you are! ;-)

Thanks yet again girl! I'm just beginning now but having a heck of a time running out of coins. There's gotta be a better way to play other than what I'm doing. I passed the "Volcano" and I'm now on the level that starts where hands are costing me 3,500 coins
