You need to own a plot. There are a few plots for sale in Paris but they cost like 250000 gold. A plot is for sale if it says ~ plot for sale $100 or something. If u want to buy the plot, type /plot claim in the chat and you will get the plot. After you claim the plot you can build a house, and no one can destroy it.
