I finally beat it. Best tip I can give you is that when it comes to those last 4, in the grates, you have to take them out just by matching colors. If you take them out with a special, the chain will come back. Takes a whole lot of patience and trying, but it can be done :D

I found a YouTube vid. But she beat it by buying a bunch of hammers. And I have no idea how she kept chains from forming when she was at 0. I've got it down to 0 chains a few times, but new ones form. It's a frustrating level.
