Go to the left column first (where the duck is) and move the piece of fruit you can move, then go to the life preserver column and move the piece of fruit you can move on that side, then start on the middle section. You have to get fruit with horizontal stripes on it that will "shoot out" the purple X's. Also stars crossed with striped fruit will get rid of the X's.
