Sorry, I meant fill up the RIGHT side. Then start clearing the top popsicle, before trying to clear the bottom one.

I just cleared it after WEEKS of trying. Fill up the left side, then start working on the top popsicle. Be very strategic, so that you don't clear the whole section, and have to fill it up again. Once I got lucky enough to clear it, I ran out of moves, so I had to purchase another 5 moves (twice) with the coins I'd earned to finish clearing out the bottom one. I knew it had to do with filling up that side all the way before trying to start clearing it. Good luck!
