Let me clarify this for Android users because everyone else answers doesn't help at all.
1. Go to the patient cards. 2. Go to the actual card not the patient on the bottom. 3. Go to the side where the skeleton of the patient is. 4. Then swipe your finger. I went from left to right. I hope this clarified the instructions better. Remember don't click just swipe where the bones of the illness is or on the side of the bones.
