I've been trying to figure this one out too. Looked at all kinds of sites, no clues. I've been seeing a constant outfit when judging. I'm still new so I'm not sure where it came from. Old event maybe. I always vote a bit to get an idea, but I have no pieces of the constant one and the rest look random. So I'm at a loss too. I'm sorry and hope you get a better answer me too lol.
