I'm stuck here too....I don't know why the ice cream doesn't appear but I guess the more ppl that complain to the developers about the issue it may get solved.....it's probably a glitch or a purposeful part of the game code to keep us at that level while they build and make more but that's only a conspiracy and speculation at this point.....can't get any further no point wasting time on it until its fixed.....the only thing to do now is go back through the levels and get 3 stars
