What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This privacy policy pertains to the use of all services related to NextSmallThings (a California Corporation), including the Gamers Unite! web site at www.gamersunite.com.
  • This privacy policy covers how Gamers Unite! treats personal information that Gamers Unite! collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable including but not limited to your name, address, email address, or phone number.
  • Children under 13 are not permitted to use any Gamers Unite! services, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the site.

Information Collection and How it is used

General Information

  • Gamers Unite! collects personal information when you register with Gamers Unite! services, when you use Gamers Unite! services or when you post content on Gamers Unite!.

IP Addresses
IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with Gamers Unite!.

3rd Party API
We use Youtube API Services (here's a link to their Privacy Policy). We do not collect any API Data relating to users. If the API Client accesses or uses Authorized Data (which we do not), users can revoke access to their data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
