I think you have to go back to 2-16 and choose Fersen for Blaisdell to have help you? to then play through the chapters after that or skip to 2-18 and it should open. I can’t remember which one I ended up doing but I would think other works as long as you choose Fersen in 2-16.

+PrtScn. The file is saved to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures folder. You can also us the Snipping Tool which is available in all versions of Windows Vista, 7, and 8 except the Starter and Basic editions.
