  *MOVING THINGS: It takes two fingers. Hold object with one finger (keep holding) & with your other finger tap twice and hold. Options should pop up. Its kinda tricky.
  *NOTE AT THE BEGINNING: Take it to the museum guy & then the mayor's assistant.
  *WHEN MUSEUM GUY ISN'T IN HIS BUILDINGS: Find him outside & talk to him.
  *TRASH CANS: Trash cans are really important. If you have a lot of them placed around the whole town you'll have way less trash to pick up.
  *KIDS: Once kids reach a certain age they'll be able to help you clean town, plant food, catch bugs, do your mayor jobs. However, you have to teach them how first.

  There will be mounds outside that look like upturned soil. Dig them up and underneath is the stolen items.

  You can fast forward by a few hours but you have remain in the same calendar day. After your house is built your secretary gives you a housewarming gift. As long as you refrain from upgrading for awhile and don't put any other items or furniture in your house you can put what she gives you in your inventory, go outside, go back in and another one will be there. Do this until your inventory is full then go to the store and sell it all. Repeat. Again and again. I had over $100,000 when I finally stopped.

  Any time it says something about stolen artwork or something was broken into, there will be larger piles of dirt outside placed randomly around the map and all you do is dig it up.

  I put plants outside my house and left holes in between and have had 6 new ones pop up and some are making their own holes.
