  The app says all super rare fiends can be found with keys, but I can't confirm that.. I got three of them with keys.

  Once you get to around level 27 a "get super rare fiends" icon appears on the map page.

  Go to "obtain super rare fiends" in the top. Slide to the last one, Karma ;)

  Win a level
  Go on the quests page
  Go on "get super rare fiends" and select karma
  Click the "get fiendish goodies" image on any group of fiends page
  I don't remember the other ones, sorry.. I'm missing 2 and 8, anyone knows where to find them?
