I'm on that level now 2426 I can't get rid of them. The other levels you have to make a match next to it. These are on the sides away from making a match next to them. Any pointers?

You just have to gather them like that until you have gathered as many as stated at the top. Then they go away. The colour changed makes it more challenging.

On another site, I learned to get two color wheels and two bombs to clear the board/diamonds. This is how I FINALLY beat Level 178!
