  I had the same problem. I did manage to unlock the chest one by replaying some levels and making sure I did pick every product. the same goes for the challenges... make sure you really did finish them all....
  However, the bean bag one I cannot get. Mine says 112 products as well!!
  The same thing happened to me in Emily's New Beginning
  :(

  I have 164 and when I checked all the levels, I can't see anything still locked. The only explanaiton I thought of is a bug that doesn't allow me to take Refreshing Fruity Water in 30-something levels, even though it lets me pick it when choosing menu. I've tried choosing another water again and serving as many of them as I could (or at least puting them on tray so Fruity Water would unlock itself again), but no change. :(

  @Lauren Brown - Maybe, Big Fish has a special tool in their game manager now that can save the progress you've made to your profile, however it doesn't always work. If it does erase your progress though, you will be able to go through it again and enjoy it more because you know what's coming.

  @Alisha Spicer - Emily just walks faster, all you have to do to unlock the diamond is pass the level. Are you sure it's the challenge after Level 57 you're stuck on?

  I think I have figured out the missing last 112th unlocked item. I went back to all the previous stages and select all items to play in different levels. I am sure I have unlocked very single item.

  But one item I found out that has a glitch. In stage 4, there is one item Shovel to Watering Can to Boots (under the counter). I realized that ever since I have selected Boots, no one ever ordered this item. When I click on it, Emily will just shake her head and refused to put in the tray.

  I think this glitch is causing the game to not recognize this Boot item as unlocked/usable. My game version is the old one, Level 57 requires 1,500 tips. So maybe the newer version has this glitch rectified as well.

  I hope this helps anyone. I too spent many hours trying to figure out why I still cannot find the missing 112th item and complete level 57.

  Help, I have one more item to unlock and I don't know what it is or where to find it! I have completed all of the levels with 3 stars, completed all tasks and found all of the mice. I need the cupcake bean bag chair and the ballerina, any tips?
