kakashi needs to be gold and have kamui lightning cutter active equipped and earth style wall passive. Hashi needs to equip the chakra spiral eardrop that you get with kushina's stone or something. Also needs shuriken and hobi wood technique passive. If you have t5 curse seal and sealed hormone for orochimaru, disregard, otherwise replace the cc with orochimaru. Also if jiraiya has t5 toads you can keep jiruto in otherwise, switch him out. You can do well by having kankuro and sandbrosis in place of jiruto and tobirama if they have kankuro's black secret technique passive

you can get a small chance to get equips and upgrade materials. Equips are nunchucks for lee, scythe for hidan, zabaza's sword, and kisame's sword. These are what i have gotten in the past, not sure if there are any others. There is also a very small chance to get kisame's sword's upgrade material which i have gotten only once. Again, not sure if any others drop that is just what i have gotten. You can also get those upgrade material packages like ores as well as kushina's seal stone that you can use by buying a scroll in the store. That said, it is definitly a pain to open any chests if you can only do one at a time which is why i have about 70k chests and keys to open

During a Naruto or Minato event there's a dungeon called Sorry Naruto. From their you can obtain Kushina(childhood) fragments. 2 Kushina(childhood) when trained gives you adult Kushina.

Depending on what skill and what character. Kakashi for instance, even with chakra recovery at 78 with the earring equip he still isn't able to use the skill until the third round unless it's nww because it just requires that much chakra. You could definitely get those earrings in the shop and the kushina seal stone in the chests to help and just polish them out to 10. Naruto and Hashirama also have their exclusive necklace that gives those two chakra specifically

Kushina can be obtained through the minato event dungeon: sorry naruto. Her frags come from either there or you can use gold to get the red hair packages or whatever the name is that has a chance to drop her frags. i would guesstimate that a boutique event happens every 2-3 months

Kushina you can obtain when her event comes out. As for botique events they come out a few times a year.
