since nobody answers this question ever, i would guess that nobody really knows because they don't typically use him, at least from the group that uses this chatroom. THis is what i think is the best, though i haven't actively tested it or anything. I have a world of trees as the active and chibaku tensei as the passive. As for the skin, i would assume that the 50k skin skill is better but i don't know if it is better than the susanoo you can get for free by having him diamond during his event

I bought a ton of kakashi practice packs to get obito to diamond and it only took me the time to farm dull sharingans to get him to diamond so i wouldn't call it a waste. it saves alot of time overall so don't worry about it. Power of two eyes isn't the greatest cc, i only got it so i could get all the equips and skills for kakashi and obito for the perfect stun combination with hashi before fire of heritage came out. Getting a kakashi boutique package for 35 might be good if you really want kakashi and it will save alot of farming time and stamina. Just in case, i should mention that if you don't have fire of heritage and you do have boruto and if you aren't getting to 100 in NWW daily, then get FOH because you get extra 2300 gold every day you clear that. If that is not the case, then i would try to focus your team on specific characters. The easiest to do is a naruto or sauske based team because they have alot of rienforcements and alot of combo cards to utilize as well. Unless you really like kakashi, i would do these other options first

the typical formation that gets past 100 in nww without fire of heritage is hashirama w/10k skin skill, shuriken active, wood clone passive; kakashi with kamui lightning cutter active and earth style release wall passive; orochimaru w/no active and curse seal passive while having t4 ring and sealed hormone; kankuro with no active and black secret technique passive; sandbrosis with same as kankuro; sauske with T4 equips, no active and demon lantern passive. If you take this strategy, you need to have kakashi or hashi equipped with the spiral eardrop that gives you chakra. i cant remember which character needed it so you can test it yourself. Otherwise like agnt said you can get fire of heritage. Fire of heritage in the first position followed by damage dealers and you should be able to clear nww easily

Well, naruto sucks for nww so you're not getting much from him lol kakashi should probably be put first, that's what I do. You ever fight Minato teams? May be why you're losing lol You need Obito to stun him, not really sure how that Fire of heritage card works tbh still only have 60 frags so I haven't gotten a chance to test it yet

Haku and Zabuza are probably gonna be the easiest and fastest since you can get them quick and breakthrough limit them multiple times for more cp. The others are either too time consuming or you have to recharge for them

^specifically for people who havent jailbroken yet, since what he says is still a thing. And a lot of people would rather have latest ios instead of jailbroken phones. Jailbreak is amazing but I just havent bothered.
