Please install my old level 226. I lost all my contacts . I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. Is their any way I can also get my phone contacts.. I lost every thing . My old phone had water damage and the phone wouldn't come on so I could get all my information

Don't know what I need to do to get the shoes down. I've gotten 1 down on a couple of occasions, but don't know how I did it.
