You should update this video to include the cart to the right of Base Defense. Having a chance to recover keys on fake keyholes and hearts on a miss step are great upgrades! Completing dungeons for 2+Mins off gem making time and a chance to keep a totem tooth aren't so great. Great video tho!! Thanks for the help.

I saw some dungeon which had 2 trap upgrading at the same time. Do you know how to do that? It is a bug or hack? or it is normally possible?

Yep! Viczoid is right; I had good success with that trap setup! Putting the blades two spaces apart with a red guard in the center who only travels from blade to blade worked pretty well. But it needed to be tight quarters, forcing the thief through the setup.
I've found that making it so they need to jump through hoops (so to speak) with insane perfect timing is working really well. I'm currently using a Cannon/Red guard combo with a saw blocking alternate route in a smallish dungeon, I'm getting attacked about ever 30 min. One out of about every 10 attacks actually get gold from me (rarely a gem, usually when they use a potion to kill a trap). The other 90% do nothing but leave skulls. :)
My motto so far has been, If It takes me 30 min to get through my own dungeon then I'm on the right track. But with that said, I'm only level 7. So I'm sure you guys are going to have a LOT more tips then I have.

Hello! What traps do you have? Anyways, to fix your problem, try and edit your dungeon trap positions to the best way you think is possible. Make it as hard as you can make it! ( Yes, I did it with 2 Blades and a Red guard and got a heck load of 'skull' money) Make sure you can complete it too! If it is too hard try making it slightly easier! There are many crazy modifications you can make with your dungeon so try some of them and choose the one you think is the best!

Tips:
You will most likely clear the map faster than you can hop from Totem to Totem. Unfortunately, Totems must be cleared in order. So if while clearing the map you find a great dungeon/totem to move into, the only way to actually move into it is to work your way through every totem before it. Trying to bypass a totem will give you a pop up preventing you from moving into any totem after it.
The next thing to look at is both the layout of your dungeon and placement of your defenses. Upgraded defenses stay upgraded. However, 2nd and 3rd stage traps do not carry over to new dungeons. So if you want the high end traps for each dungeon prepare to dish out a lot of gold or diamonds with each move.
Arranging your defenses is perhaps the largest challenge. If your defenses are not arranged well, constant raiding will deplete your gold & gems faster than you can steal or quest to replace them. Alternatively, a well defended dungeon will net you a slow profit as you whittle your attacker down to nothing. Your ultimate goal in placing defenses is to make your attacker spend all of their life in your dungeon but to ultimately give up before ever getting to your Totem.
If you need help arranging your traps, take a look at what others are doing on the leader board. You can view other player’s dungeons without attacking. Study the movement and layout of traps from other players until you get a grasp of how traps can be organized to work together in defending our totem. There are some killer combinations out there for even the low level areas! Also, leveling your traps is a must, but keep in mind that while they are leveling up, they are not defending. So it may be smarter to wait and level traps when you're not combining gems.
As I mentioned in the beginning, you will clear the map faster than you can hop totems (at least in the early levels of the game). Along the way, while freeing up new Totems, you also free up Mines. These are on a timer so remember to log in periodically to collect gems from these mines along with accumulated gold from your own dungeon.
