  You can get that item by completing Maiden 2-7. You must get a rating a S to get this item. Yes, the joyful bunny is an item to create Panda slippers, which ironically is an item that works very well with this stage, but it is still possible to get an S rating. The main attributes you should use are Lively, Cute, Pure, Simple. And make sure you wear the Panda Top and Bottom, or you will fail. Hope this helps.
