  I also am having this issue I just read a thread this happened in June or July 2017 as well so its not new. Im really pissed! Missing a whole day of diamond gains, dimensional cubes and more. I want more than stam and a lil diamond as a compensation. More 200 diamond(my vip rewards my monthly diamond rewards, my sign ins, the many way sto get extra diamonds daily) , all my stam, all the daily dimension cubes and then a crappy compensation gift.
  Other things Nikki has angered me over.
  Banning the words boycott and GM (Yes game master is illegal)
  Giving crappy compensation gifts.
  Having the same dreadful error 3 or more times.
  They changed the last competition from Walking In a Sea of Flowers to Astral Clocktower in the middle.
  Having virtually no customer support and hiding its access practically.
  T^T I have had this issue since around noon today 3/16/2018 and now its 10:25pm. I doubt ill get any of todays stuff I just hope it doesnt last for days or a week as ive heard before.

  Hey guys! So I was able to get passed the error by hitting the fix button in the upper right hand corner of the login screen. It redownloaded the patch and I logged into my Facebook again and everything was fine except for 2 things.... I can't access the stylist arena and MY OUTFIT FOR THE COMPETITION GOT COMPLETELY CHANGED!! I was in the top 1% with an outfit I really liked and when I logged back in, the entire outfit had been changed and even though it only had 2000 ish votes (top 10 people have around 4000) it's still in top 7%? This is kind of weird, but I'm going to redo the outfit to make it what is was before. Hopefully this helps?

  You can go to the Stylist Arena and compete. You get gold regardless if you win or lose, also enter in the competition and you can gain gold from voting (just hit the little gift icon at the bottom), and if you've unlocked Decomposition under the Recipe Workshop it'll give you coins for decomposing items. Achievements will give you coins too and I can't really think of anything else

  You use them at the Competition arena, when you click on it press the "Exchange" button down at the bottom left corner, hope this helped :)

  How do I change the way i stand when i have the secret clinic set? I see people holding the syringe in both hands, and when i equipped the IV stand, i got a message saying i could change the way i stand, but i can't figure it out. I see a lot of girls in the stylist competition standing differently, and holding the syringe in both hands, so i know you can do it.

  LOL I think my comment above explains it, but you exchange starlight coins you earned in the arena competition for things like coloured dyes, recipes, and materials (so crafting/customization stuff only).

  So recipes are usually bought in the exchange store using starlight coins, which you get from arena competitions. You can go to arena -> exchange (piggy bottom left) -> dress -> bathrobe and purchase, or in the crafting screen, you can click the dress itself (there's this red "none" over the dress, which means that you're missing the recipe, and it'll take you directly to the recipe purchase screen)

  Side note, if you don't have the starlight coins, I passed that level without the towel (probably got an A or a C? I don't remember) and then went back later, after I had the equinox coat, and got my S. I still don't have the towel since I want to save my stamina to grind the required sets to pass the level (wilds flower was such a pain but the cloud swimsuit one is worseeeee). But you probably want to buy the recipe since it's the last thing you're missing :)
