I also am having this issue I just read a thread this happened in June or July 2017 as well so its not new. Im really pissed! Missing a whole day of diamond gains, dimensional cubes and more. I want more than stam and a lil diamond as a compensation. More 200 diamond(my vip rewards my monthly diamond rewards, my sign ins, the many way sto get extra diamonds daily) , all my stam, all the daily dimension cubes and then a crappy compensation gift.
Other things Nikki has angered me over.
Banning the words boycott and GM (Yes game master is illegal)
Giving crappy compensation gifts.
Having the same dreadful error 3 or more times.
They changed the last competition from Walking In a Sea of Flowers to Astral Clocktower in the middle.
Having virtually no customer support and hiding its access practically.
T^T I have had this issue since around noon today 3/16/2018 and now its 10:25pm. I doubt ill get any of todays stuff I just hope it doesnt last for days or a week as ive heard before.

I figured it out. You have select single pull with diamonds then it gives you the option of using the ticket.

Hi, I believe the background you are referring to is the Cruising Devil background. As far as I know, this background can only be gotten from buying the one time 1 USD sale (you also get 100 diamonds and 30000 gold). You can also get backgrounds from other suits or events, such as the Pink Wishes suit that you get for connecting to Facebook. This suit gives you the Memorial Day background. Hope this helps!
And yes, for the princess stages, I just do the same quest in maiden following momo's tips, and then do the princess stage and just use my last suit. That way I don't have to go looking twice, or have to worry about forgetting a piece. ;)

THe highest you can get is 6 souls in each stage. go to http://www.lovenikkiworld.com/ they have the event walkthrough for 6 clinic that gets you 6 souls everytime. If you have already done it today and dont want to use anymore diamonds wait until tomorrow to do it. I used that site and it worked.

If you have a ticket it will show up like the picture above, then you click on "buy 1" and a window will pop up asking if you want to use the ticket or diamonds.
