I tried this level 3 times before I looked it up. After reading a bunch of posts from varying sources, I strategized by combining the advice of a few different posts and had this done in 3 more attempts!
First, make sure to check Momo’s Tips (only available in Maiden difficulty) in your game and wear exactly what Momo tells you. I have highlighted the button with a red arrow pointing to it in my screenshots. Be sure to scroll down to view EVERY item that Momo has listed. I think this may actually change based on individual gameplay, so don’t just copy my list, view your own to make absolutely sure you’ve got it right. (This is a helpful tip if you’re struggling with any level in the game, btw.)
Secondly, upgrade your skills!! As somebody mentioned, it’s about the DIFFERENCE in scores, not your personal score. The skills I used are: Smile Lv.5, Picky Immune Lv.6, Critical Eye Lv.3, Charming Lv.4. Get higher if you can afford it. My Picky Immune is so high because the opponents vary in timing when they use Critical Eye against you. The same opponent appears to use the same skills in the same order during a battle, so you don’t need to have Picky Immune as high if you time it right.
Finally, someone posted in a Reddit thread that in the case of this level, ‘less is more’. I took that into consideration and only added a couple of accessories to Momo’s choices.

ThroughtheLightx. U need to get at least 95,000 to get S rank but you also have to acheive a certain amount of points more than the opponent. U might not have got S rank because your's and your opponent's scores may have been too close. Go to this site, it shows you how to get the S rank but you might also need to upgrade your perks:

you can do it with the sexy bad girl outfit but you can leave the lower grade wild hair-however youll get an A. But its worth passing for the items from the following levels until you can gather enough hairs to upgrade

Yah that's right, I think you want to remove as much as you can, and keep it pretty basic. Skills can help btw. Don't forget to upgrade them once in a while.

Oh! I recently replayed and got an S. (partially because I got more clothes) I have some of my boosts upgraded to so that helps. The timing of boosts count to. I usually cast mine a split second after they cast theirs so I know when to shield and stuff. Also try not to use critical eye as the last spell because it has a wind up and it'll boot you out before it actually goes into affect. I try to use smile because it works instantly. Each "person" (level) use the same boost every time, its just that the order sometimes differs. For me I just used smile, critical eye, picky immune and charm. Hope this helps :D
