  I also am having this issue I just read a thread this happened in June or July 2017 as well so its not new. Im really pissed! Missing a whole day of diamond gains, dimensional cubes and more. I want more than stam and a lil diamond as a compensation. More 200 diamond(my vip rewards my monthly diamond rewards, my sign ins, the many way sto get extra diamonds daily) , all my stam, all the daily dimension cubes and then a crappy compensation gift.
  Other things Nikki has angered me over.
  Banning the words boycott and GM (Yes game master is illegal)
  Giving crappy compensation gifts.
  Having the same dreadful error 3 or more times.
  They changed the last competition from Walking In a Sea of Flowers to Astral Clocktower in the middle.
  Having virtually no customer support and hiding its access practically.
  T^T I have had this issue since around noon today 3/16/2018 and now its 10:25pm. I doubt ill get any of todays stuff I just hope it doesnt last for days or a week as ive heard before.

  To add on (although I'm not sure about the arena part of the supplement)... if you look in the sign on, you get double the value of the rewards on certain days based on the VIP level you have. The later in the month, the better the rewards, and the higher VIP level you need to get the multiplier

  I may be wrong, but I believe it has to do something with the sign in gifts you get every day, with your vip privilege, you should be able to reclame x times gifts (depends on your vip rank) in a day, that you would normally wait for. Basically, you can get x days ahead in the Nikki's month sign in, sorry if it's not clear. ;_;
