just do the sexy bad girl outfit do not add anything at all no make up nothing click on the suit and hit the get dressed button I can not stress to not add anything because that's what I done and it instantly went to an s. rating. but u have to have the whole suit

Sorry, 4 levels not 3* I've been trying to get S's on 8-2, 9-2, 9-4, and 9-9 Princess. I've heard I need just the sexy bad girl outfit for 8-2 but I haven't figured out the other ones yet.

you can do it with the sexy bad girl outfit but you can leave the lower grade wild hair-however youll get an A. But its worth passing for the items from the following levels until you can gather enough hairs to upgrade

You need the Sexy Bad Girl outfit, evolved version doesn't matter. Don't add any other items, it will fail :(
Just in case you don't have the complete outfit, the pics list the outfit.
You don't need all of the outfit, or the exact outfit, so don't fret!

This is so stupid.... It really neess to be the plain Sexy Bad Girl outfit, nothing more.
I had make-up as a extra but didn't pass. Got only few thousand points. Toki make-up off and boom! Points rised to S 110 000 when Mela got 50 000

You need to use the sexy bad girl outfit ONLY. No accessories besides in the outfit, and no makeup. Yoy can however use any evolution of the hair

I didn't get an S, and I was missing the necklace, but I still managed to pass the darn level (with an A)

Craft the Sexy Bad Girl outfit any thing else will fail. Do not add any thing to the outfit just use the outfit itself.
