  Apparently had not connected base to an EW account (I think I must've missed confirming an email). Had started a new game to create a farm and now can't reaccess my original (level 21) base. Any tricks for doing so? There are zero responses - not even an autoreply - from EW support. Thanks

  Unfortunately, you will have to go through the tutorials first which then leaves a dead account in some new-ish state. If you do restart, first create a new email then set the new one to your new email and send it to your kingdom and near your alliance, use the new account as a farm account and/or alliance ghost rally point (or even use it as an alliance resource bank account but then you'll need everyone who can to donate shields and/or gold packs to buy shields)!

  You would have to create a whole new account unless you were HQ 5 or under, which then you could use a beginners teleport to port to a new state.
