The only way that you can pass it is when you have the max super streak. So that you can aim at the middle to get the blue water ball using the rainbow ball and the red lantern.

Most babies and Easy to pop is level 130 all you have to do is fill up your water Lantern and shoot it to the top and you save it's either 12 babies or 13 I think it's 12 though does anybody know what level has the most maroon babies

It's tricky as hell. Sarah's right, get the green lantern first, then use the vine to trigger the second fireball up on the right (which will get you the red lantern). Once you get up to the yellow ball on the right, trigger that, then put the fireball where the spike next to the yellow ball used to be. Once you do that, you'll only have to focus on the left side.

so i figured it out, but it's basically impossible without a perfect setup. you need to get the green lantern first WITHOUT wasting any bubbles on the red side. then use the vine to travel up to the second fireball on the red side (the fireball that gets you the red lantern), bypassing the first fireball altogether. that should give you an extra 3 bubbles that you would've otherwise wasted getting to that fireball (1 bubble to trigger the first fireball, 2 bubbles to get to the second fireball, and then 1 bubble to trigger the second fireball). then it's all based on luck of the bubbles but it's possible.

I got 55 450 points and 3 stars... I realized that making great combos instead using the blue lantern in priority is sometimes appropriate!

There is no way to generate coins wthout spending cash, unfortunately. When you first started playing this game, there was an opportunity to sign in to FB, which would give you a little boost of 25 or 50 coins or something like that, but that was your only free coin option. Otherwise, now there's the money tree, as they call it, which also takes cash to run it.
The only option to get free boosts, like extra dragon bubbles, are the special activities that they do quite often now. For example, "help Mama Panda save '...so many number of babies in the alloted time'." I prefer the ones that require a certain number of bubbles, like 500 red bubbles or 350 green within 2 days. They'll give you a smaller award about half way through, such as a rainbow bubble, but all usually end with a dragon bubble, or multiple ones. I always use the map feature to go to the easier levels that I know I can do well on and play those to get the free boosts quickly. That's my only tip here: Go to the lower, easier levels to get through those specials fast!
You're lucky to be newer in the game now. Just a few months ago, there were no special activities at all, no way to receive extra boosts without spending cash, just repeating levels you can't beat so much your head is spinning! You could only fill lanterns within the level as you played. Required a lot of patience! Hope this explanation helps. Take care and Happy Holidays!

On level 168 my blue lantern will not fill up..even after I have popped all of the blue balls. Watching it on YouTube it's simple because you can combine both lanterns at the end. But my blue one never fills. Even with very few balls left at the end.

The level seems so easy, but then despite the lanterns, which are filling in quickly, and the additional number of balls when one hits the crosses, by the end of the game one doesn't get the right colors of balls in order to complete it. It's so tangled:(

Another level which has not enought balls and doesn't load the lanterns quickly enough in order to be used for help. I would say, another level which was made in a rush, without bring checked properly. Unfortunately, this happens quite often lately, especially after level 760 it's a real disaster.
