  Ok I figured it out u touch the face in the top right corner which takes u to the avatar. At the bottom of the screen u touch the map icon it will open a map and have different properties u can purchase with cash

  When you hit your home icon it takes you back to your avatar and dressing room. That is where you spend the cash. You use it to dress up your avatar and room.
