Lots of top guilds have academies. You can usually join the academies without an invitation but you have to be invited to the top guilds then

Can share some strategy for defense and attack

Bonus* as far as strategy goes high rhythm and passing tends to work for me reducing kicking though otherwise players like to kick ball away frequently. Edit individual players tactics also alot forget to do this and it does help.

Regarding the strategy building I've been told in game it adds to your players game rating not thier base rating outside of it. Aka a +5* bones gives all players that bonus in a game but your opponent gets same benefit to whatever thier strategy buildings are.

How do u rest your player's with out using medipacks?

It's difficult to find out what really works as you tend to be improving players as you try new strategies..... Generally I find matching the players best ability to his personal strategy and increasing rhythm and penetration on the general strategy is a good start

Click strategy in the bottom right during a game and you can drag subs from the left on to the field in place of the on field players

Guys how does one make subs?

I have found similar to the default but up the aggression and attack speed. Also up the pass distance. Best way to increase your wins is to use the auction house to purchase some high lvl players.

Upgrading your strategy building has no affects as far as I can tell, if anyone knows more on this please share.
