  I don't know what part you're at but if it's the first time you're looking for her then she should be in her cabin in the swamp (go inside the mountain to get there). If it's where you need to talk to her about Puff then go to the boat outside the arena and she should be at the end of the boatride... takes a while to get there in the boat but she'll still be there.
