I changed devices. I forgot to say what I was using in my prior comment. I was using a 6+ (iOS8) when I had the problem yesterday. Tonight I used my LG tablet. I watched the video Tony Hull uploaded and tried what I thought he did. If you number the bars from 1 to 4, from left to right, I tapped #2, then #4, next #1, and last #4. It worked like a charm. I'm stuck on episode 2, at the apartment door. Some of the bars go up and stay but as soon as u touch a different bar they all fall down. The only way I've gotten the bars up is by hitting more than one bar at a time. if i was able to hit them all at the same time it seems they would all stay up, but I haven't been able to achieve that. Any hints or tips would help.
